A Practiganic Life

For us, being practiganic started with our diet. The foods that we bought and then the meals that we made. It soon spread into the rest of our lives -- improving our way of life and how we feel.

We wanted to provide a safe place for our children to grown up and see that a little hard work is always worth it. We strive to be an example, not only for our kids, but the people around us. At the end of the day, with a little research and planning it won't take that much extra time and making or building something from scratch gives a sense of pride and accomplishment that is unmatched.

I hope these thoughts and ideas plant a seed in your life ...
