I don’t like labels! Once you look through a few recipes, you may notice my ingredients to be a little unique or mismatched. While I’m not a vegan, I only will use tofutti sour cream, veganaise, non-dairy milk as well as a few other substitutes. So any particular recipe will have vegan ingredients along with an egg or some good ol’ Wisconsin cheese. I don’t like to categorize anything as vegan or gluten free because with a simple substitute here and there, almost any of these recipes can be transformed to fit your liking.
