Savory Fruit Pizza

This is such a fun appetizer pizza. It’s really easy, doesn’t take a lot of prep but looks so elegant. If peaches aren’t in season, I recommend using one of the variations. While it is still great, once you have this with in-season peaches you’ll know what I’m talking about!

Savory Fruit Pizza
Makes 2

2 naan bread

1 peach, sliced
a couple basil leaves, julienned
handful of toasted walnuts
gorgonzola cheese
balsamic glaze

Preheat oven 350ยบ.

Spread peaches around bread. Sprinkle cheese, nuts and basil on top of the peaches. Bake for 3-4 minutes just to warm everything up but not to melt the cheese all the way. Once out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.

Apples and Aged Cheddar
